Hi, I’m Catalina! I’m your Coach in ADHD Curiosity and Flow and I’ve been stuck with panic and overwhelm too.

I have hit the wall, so many times from overcommitment, poor boundaries, and constantly overwhelmed. This impacted how I showed up for myself, friends, partner, and our children. When I was diagnosed with ADHD, I knew I needed to understand what that meant from every angle. The CURIOSITY PRO went to town on satisfying the curiosity about my past, my thoughts, my hormones, and so on. I was the only ADHD adult in my local group of friends, until I started to look through the decades of connections and found the people I bonded with the most. It has been a beautiful thing to accept myself, my brain, my creativity.

Q1: What is ADHD BrainDump Bootcamp?

A1: A 9 day intensive coaching program for ADHD Adults to learn, practice, and refocus our intentions and priorities together.

You’ll have access to:
Morning BrainDump sessions and clarity coaching opportunities
Afternoon Accountability and Check-ins
Evening BrainDump sessions with celebrations

Q2: Do I have to be diagnosed with ADHD to participate?

A2: No. I know it is not easy to get a diagnosis. The intention is to help those with brain fog, executive functioning challenges like time management, decision making, emotional regulation, focus, etc… If you have or suspect ADHD traits and your brain is what’s keeping you from being and doing better, then this program would be a fit for you.

Q3: I’m just starting my ADHD journey, is that okay?

A3: Yes and actually it’s a great time to join because you will have the fellowship and opportunity to learn and ask questions in a safe and judgement free zone.

Q4: How much is the program?

A4: The program is $67.

Q5: What if I can’t pay the full amount now?

A5: This program is made for a low cost and pay in full is the only option.

Q6: When are the group sessions?

A6: Every Day, for the 9 days, there will be morning, afternoon and evening opportunities. If the first session fills, a waitlist will begin.

Q7: Do I have to attend all the group sessions?

A7: You do not have to attend all of the sessions. The more you attend, the more support and accountability you receive.

Q8: How will we attend the group sessions?

A8: Sessions are hosted via Zoom. The meeting link will be emailed to you and posted in the group as a reminder. You can join from the browser or app on your desired device.

Q9: When can I access the community?

A9: Once you join the program on Thinkific you’ll receive an email containing the link to join. As long as all the technology cooperates it will be within 48 hours.

Q10: What if I want 1-1 coaching?

A10: I only have a few spaces. Let me know if you are interested, and we will have a conversation to determine your vision and needs.
